What to expect from now... (spoiler)

The story so far.

Kurono and Katou dies at a subway. The ressurect in a room with other people and starts killing aliens.
They develop as persons and Katou + everyone except Kurono dies.
One of the major twists in the manga occurs.
Kurono kind of starts over, finds new friends, a girlfriend. Meets Izumi. Very little action and much drama.
Izumi kills lots of people and "strong" people ends up in Gantz. They coop together and becomes friends. The story becomes action once more.
One super battle where lots of people gets 100+ points and the only one getting free is Kurono.
The second major twist turn.
Kurono has lost his memory and there has been no fighting until the vampires attacked Izumi.

No, what can we expect from here?

The story has been like this: Action - Drama - Action - Present. I believe the present could be called drama since it's almost no action at all (apart from the previous chapters). It will probably go on for a while with more drama and perhaps some smaller fighting situations where you see Gantzers and vampires.

What will happen to Kurono? I believe that is the major plot of the current arc. The Gantzers are second hand now as Kurono is still and will always be the main character. The plot as it is now, is that he's being hunted? Or will be. By vampires.

What can we expect from now on? I believe the current "drama arc" will end with Kurono facing Akira. Perhaps they won't fight yet but they will learn what they are. Kurono will retreave some lost memories and perhaps Akira finally gets to know what it means to be a vampire (I mean, he doesn't seem to be a bad guy after all). I don't think they will directly fight. But perhaps participate in a big fight.

During the current drama arc I also believe we will see and learn more from the Gantz story as Oku seems to want to end this serie soon. We will probably not see any old school Gantz missions anymore, but instead follow Kurono until they big vampire battle - which will be the last battle in the manga where everything will end. There we will learn what the vampires are and why they are calling Gantzers for vampire hunters.

The story will end with much gore, but I can't say if any of the good guys will die. Probably old man, even though he's badass, just to make at least one dramatic situation in the manga. What I believe is that Gantz will somehow meet som major malfunction/close down/gets destroyed and it will end with Kurono and his friends being completely free from Gantz but with their memories left. And it will all end with some Kurono + Tae love since they will find each other in the end and yadda yadda.

That is what I believe will happen if I look at the story as if Oku wants to end it soon. I believe it will end with many questions unanswered just so people will whine about the end but still think it's good. But on the other hand, who expected everyone to die in the Buddha arc? And who expected Izumi to do a mass slaughter just to get back. I hope there will be at least one more major twist in the story. Too bad the chapters are so slow.

Concentration...

I belive that this time the gantz group will fail saving Kurono from Vampires (or from the vampire boss). Kurono will die in the end, that's my opinion...

I believe that there would be a lot of deaths, but there won't be a fight between kurono and akira. Oku never do obviously thinghs and everyone is expecting that fight

Anyway, I predict DRAMA

Kurono will regain his memory. I'm certain of it, some way or another.

Beyond that...With the Vampires so severely reduced, I'm not even sure if a Vampire mission can happen. We'll see. Regardless, I sense the end of Gantz is soon upon us.

I could actually see Kurono getting attacked by the vampires then old man jumping in and getting killed. This then sets Kurono off and he remembers and Kicks the vamps ass.

..how many chapters do you think that Gantz will be?

i thought thaat it was gonna end soon after oni mission arc but i was wrong so i think it could go on for longer than that

The story went boring after Hiroya introduced those vampires.
I liked it when they do missions.
