As for the lenghtness of this story can go on for some time still cause I think there will be some drama for few chaps and then Kurono will die due to vampires or such creatures and reawake in Gantz, dont really support the theory in whitch Kurono remembers everything suddenly.

And Akira vs. Kurono battle wont happen cause after all theyre brothers and Akira warned Kurono so I think there wont be anything like that.

And in due time I think well see some other Gantz teams, at least I would like that.

in the future chapters we'll see:

the new katou fighter...the dead of the the team (maybe katou too)...before that, kei will come back to gantz room someway...he will not remember too much until the fight starts...maybe until the dead of 1 of his teammates... and also the dead of akira protecting kei (not before the both fight toghether with the vampires or another enemy)

i think therll be stronger vamps then the 4 also, i never got the feeling they were the real leaders. the vamps are obviously a large organization and the 4 seem more like enforcers than the decision makers to me.

i also think (and hope) that kurono WONT get his memories back. itd be boring. lets think what would happen if he did. hed remember gantz and why he was fighting (to be with tae) and resume with the tae drama and only fight to protect her just like before.

if he doesnt remember but survives it leaves a whole new chapter of character developement open for him. like his story up to now is die as an asshole go to gantz meet tae become nice/righteous

but him not knowing could be like get killed (maybe by vamps) as an asshole, go to gantz, wake up with a bunch of gantzers that know u and an idol that loves u and ...? he might turn out totally different

i have no doubt hell at least realize he was there be4 but him just remembering would be sucky and boring

If he were to just recover his memories now, half of this year's chapters would be rendered pointless. Oku must've let Kurono be free for a reason.

I'd guess that Kurono's current freedom will let him discover information that would get a Gantzer's head blown up.

Oh, there's a reason, all right...Oku wants to extend the series as long as he can, and having Kurono lose his memory is the cheap tactic he's using to do so.

I read a rumour about Oku wanting to end the story this year. That actually makes me sad, since it's such a unique story. He should use his life to develop it and turn it into neverending Dragonball style. A manga about Gantzers getting 100 points all over again and getting new weapons and bringing back people. And he should do this serie 40+ volumes or until he dies.

i disagree...if he pulls it for too long the work will become sloppy and many be pointless to continue reading nothing good goes for too long

actually i have been thinking...could it be that he killed off izumi so he wouldnt have to think of any upgrade weapon...after all...izumi was the only one who wanted a stronger weapon and now he's dead...so does that mean no powerful weapon now? (probably Oku's way of not needing to think up new weapons)

do you think they, the vampires, will ever find gantz apartment...they know they have a hideout...some place they go back to. i wouldnt be surprised if they put a tracer on anyone of the gantzers...

Well, Izumi hasn't died yet... he is dying, and I believe the only thing that can save him is Gantz spawning him in that room for another mission. We can't say until we know.
