well shit. izumi really died. but you know, vamps are gona end up coming after kurono, right? yeah. he wont be in gantz then. vamps will kill him as he runs away. he dies. BOOM HE IS SENT TO GANTZ ^_^

Anyone else notice that Oku reverted back to drawing Kei as very childlike? I think he has a tendency to drawing smooth rounder features for those that are ignorant and sharper lines for those that are in "the know." Isn't Akira the younger brother? Yet he looks older when talking on the phone.... Interesting.

I'm pretty sure Izumi (I agree with Hiss translation of softening death) is dead but I wouldn't be surprised if the weapon stays around...

I hope Izumi isn't dead, because to be honest, I thought that was a pathetic death scene. As much as I liked Izumi (though I still haven't forgiven him for the Shinjuku massacre), I felt nothing during his "death".

And am I the only one that thinks that Oku won't be so predictable as to have Kurono die again and brought back into the Gantz room?

Agreed. I didn't really like Izumi but although I do believe he's dead (the scanlation seems pretty clear to me so far) I can't just accept such a stupid way to die from a badass character like him... And about his soft last words, it felt like, eww... that's SO not like him! and Disneyland?? WTF? LOL!!

From the first time Akira is introduced, he states that he's taller and looks way older than his real age, so he always looked older than Kei. But you're right, Kei used to look older while in gantz and now looks like a 14 year old or something. Kinda annoying actually.

maybe the weapon that izumi got is the ability to select who gets sent to the room next?
