Hehe Kei had trouble defeating him with the suit on. So the general has like "2" suits on :P

His name is Daizae Monkaze. "Remember it". He could kick Izumi's ass with or without the suit. Daizae is probably the physically strongest of them all. The only ones who could beat him are Sakata and Sakurai, the Psychics.
interesting arguement, but why couldnt they kill izumi before? i think the suit stops psychic powers or something.
