it's his girlfriend... or at least the girl that loved him... the same girl that was with him, Kurono and Tae when the vampires first attacked outside the gantz mission

Since Izumi died, people have been guessing that Kurono would eventually come back into Gantz, but what if Gantz called another player that have been freed before Izumi or Gantz himself called the players from other country?

they might but i doubt another lead character would be brought in and izumi and would not be used (at least temporarily). especially since kurono is being hunted and trying to regain his memories. if other characters are brought in it will probably be through some connection with kurono or izumi, or their storylines will be connected in some way but still kurono and izumi will probably fill a big part of the story

LOL...that's exactly what i'm hoping for! Either that or killing Izumi off is just the writer's way of conning us out of seeing the 'Strong weapon' Izumi should be getting...
