about the buddah steping on Rice, i cant see it... you can asume it cuz one frame you can see him running with every one, just besides some of the guys and the next he isn't but you cant see him being steped on though

in the anime i can remember seeing the dog being killed by the buddah

I wanted the dog to be alive

Go check the chapter again. It defitnely showed one of the buddah statue squashing the dog, after the gantzers entered the temple.

I don't remember the Buddah statue squashing the dog in the manga.

when denisse mentioned it before I opened teh manga and checked, and is as i said, in one frame is the dog running with everybody and the next he's gone

I just checked it Chapter 62 right? It does not show the dog getting squashed. the dog is running with the gantzers and then when the budda statue croutches to get through the gate, the dog is missing...

Post the image to show us where you see the dog getting crushed.

When I first saw the dog, I thought he was there to help the hunters track down the aliens. He might have helped in the oni alien mission against those shapeshifting aliens since he could have told the difference between who was human and who wasn't if the alien changed into a hunter. Though I guess there's no point in having an animal to do that when you can just use that scanner.

You whats funny to me? Kurono, Kishi, and Kato got upset when they saw that the dog was dead. They were like, "Zomg, the dog is dead. Those bastards!" I cracked up when I saw that part in the anime. XD
