Thread: Gantz 232 RAW

I don't think Izumi will die either, and I have to agree with nothing_special about how he's important. I also think that he makes a good counterpoint to Kurono, sort of a foil to compare Kei and the other characters to.
I wonder, if he survives, he'll remember that Kurono called him. Do you think he'd confront Kurono about that and ask him how he knew? That will probably lead him back to what's his name, the reporter, and I have to wonder what he'd do when he found out that guys role in the entire thing. Can't be good for the reporter! This might be one of those times when being a reporter just doesn't pay. =P

you didn't ruin anything in gantz, if you're looking at a thread on a gantz chapter you should obviously read the chapter first, what you ruined for me was deathnote! i'm buying the viz trades and now its ruined!

Truly, an amazing chapter, can't conceive the idea that Izumi protected his "girlfriend", truly, my idea of Izumi being an asshole has changed a lot, now i respect him a little more, truly and amazing warrior like no one else

I think the story became cheap.I didnt like the idea izumi protecting his girlfriend.he killed so much people without blinking and now mangaka decides to show a sensible part of the izumi.it must be a jock.a pscho is everytime a psycho.nobody normal can kill that much innocent people.

what I liked about the gantz was the character developments (especially kurono) but now everythink becomes bullshit.it shouldnt go on like this.

*Laughs* your wrong about him being a Nutt-case. The story is still great.. even if you don't think it is. Through out this whole thing you have seen two sides to Izumi.. the one that every body loves and adores, and then the dark and disturbed part. Izumi is two sided coin.. if you can't appect that there is more to Izumi then you don't get him at all. This story isn't cheap.. your mind just doesn't understand what the manga-ka is trying to say.
