Thread: Anyone know what happened to gantz on comcast on demand????

they had 1 and 2 and I watched them and thought it was awesome so I read the entire manga in like 7 hours and then now two weeks later they still haven't put three on the list. I'm starting to think that maybe they took it off for some reason.

i noticed that too, damn and that's what got me started me on gantz! i aint payin no 18 dollahs for 2 episodes on dvd, b/c now its licensed and i cant download it anywhere

too hasty about what?? I'm talking about the anime not the manga. It's been like three weeks now and they still haven't put it up. They took 1 and 2 off and updated everything else but gantz is nowhere to be found.

Yes, I was talking about the anime...just give time..even for the Bleach anime you don't get it every week....give time damnit

you misunderstand. i don't mean episode 1 was the first week then a week later they had episode 2 but then week three there was no gantz. What I meant was they released episode 1 and 2 at the same time and then almost a month later they still haven't put three on the list.

Gantz was moved to the paying subscriber portion of Anime Network, which comcast does not have. Comcast has the free shitty version that gets updated every thursday and often skips certain animes. >_> you'll have to change cable providers for pay version

only prob is that alot of cable providers don't have TAN, so it's sad. people on the site complained about how edited it was (yeah, i'll admit that i was probably the one complaining the most) and instead of making it unedited for all, they took the edited version off normal, and let subscribed have unedited. here, go to www.theanimenetwork.com and sign up, then read in the forums.
