Not once was the chapter talked about. I believe Oku has been reading One Piece (lol). Zorro slices a train in half. Izumi slashes a subway in half, Quincidence? I think so.

There's been alot of cases of severing moving vehicles in anime's and cartoons. In Outlaw Star the one samurai chick cuts through a train with a wooden sword, and in the comic "Sam and Fuzzy" they discuss how one of the characters once chainsawed through a bus full of nuns.
