Why do the characters sweat so much? I mean even when they're at rest or just talking they never stop sweating.....

stress... Its common for someone who is thinking stressful thoughts or is having a stressful time to sweat uncontrollably...

even in the first 2 - 3 episodes when the girl Kei just appeared she was unconscious and yet sweating.....

she wasnt sweating... remember that she just tried to kill herself in the bath?

dude you try going through life thinking that any minute your going to be warped into a wierd room with a black ball in which you could end up dying in any way imaginable.

you try accepting the fact that all the lovers you met thanks to the 'room', all died right before your eyes.

You try being comrades with a killing obssessed Izumi who could kill you or anyone else, including his mother if Gantz ordered it.

Finally you try not sweating in the hot japanese weather while wearing tight leather clothes while having females with huge-ass titties attempting to gourge your eyes out.

I wouldn't sweat.....I'm used to these things....specially the very last argument.....

No he has a point. I mean the slightest suprise and sweat starts dripping off a character's face. All that water could provide a years supply of fluid for dry parts of the world.

Maybe they drink lots of water to keep themselves properly hydrated so that they're always ready to dress up and kick ass (or get their ass kicked)
