Thread: Anyone still play Everquest?

Anyone here play Everquest I was thinking of buying it cause I hear its good so Iam looking for a secound opinion. Also post your comps specs plz need to know if i might need to uprade to run it smoothly.

maybe if you get the specs online, it'll be better, ya know the optimal option is best for smooth running! and i'm wodering if i should buy it as well, but i hate being a newb that games been out a while so theres got to be snooty hardcore guys on there... >_> I hate those guys!

yeah i think mostly alot of people went over to World of Warcraft. i mean theres nothing wrong with everquest. theres still alot of devoted fans, but i think not as much anymore. i think people are more playing World of Warcraft, Guild Wars, and Final Fantasy 11.

too true its sad that its dying off slowly, they'll be taking down servers soon.

not all of them, WOW seems to grow with players, but it seems BF 2 is getting its own religion...did you know that some guy killed himself over a everquest game...yea his account was deleted and he shot himself...

well ppl get really into the game so yea i guess thats possible but those who have gotten into it are still playing it though i think most switched over to EQ2 since it came out not to long ago.

well...I don't know i'm going to their fourms to check it out and if its good and theres no "glitches" or "bugs" i might play it...when you getting it ZERO we can play together...alone.

lol ive got it just need to download the endless patches it has and <_< every game has bugs,glitches and all the other stuff no game is perfect.
