Disgaea Dark Assembly help
I've searched on Stoptazmo.com for any indication on this subject and most on gamefaqs.com. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get the Make enemies stronger law? Do I have to be a high rank? (Laharl is rank 3) or would I need to be at a higher chapter in the game? (Chapter 2 at the fight with Flonne)

definitely a higher rank... that is like at level 5 or 6... i forget tho.

If that rank is out of your realistic range or anything, remember that you can at least throw your enemies onto each other to make 1 higher level monster.
