Thread: Phantasy Star Online Anyone?

Phantasy Star Online is an old dreamcast RPG game where you can online and offline. I found this game for the PC a few days ago and how it is free to play. You can download the game here at : http://torrentspy.com/directory.asp?...ee_online&pg=3

cool but im still waiting for Phantasy Star Universe... ill make that one the first PS game i play. but i heard PSU was delayed till fall... how are the graphics on the torrent file version??? are people online???

Ummm, the graphics are exactly the same as the dreamcast version. Its not a visual eyesore. I haven't played online myself yet as I want to level myself up a bit first. I have checked it out though to see if it works and the number of people playing online is quite low. On a popular ship there is an average of 70 people. But I think your team can only consist of 4 people anyway.

The only real way to play PSO is on your dreamcast throught its amazingly slow internal modem.
Thats the way real men play PSO.
Did i mention that you must play throught an old black and white CRT television.

My pleasure. I also wanted to play this game before but I was never able to get a dreamcast.

I'm playing it right now though PC so no, there is no "real way" to play this game.

ohhhhh, so he was kidding...ha. Did you laughed at it? Anyway, I haven't played any more of the new games. I can't believe it but I'm already getting bored of PSO. Going though the same dunguon and killing the same enemies so many times in offline mode just made me stop and play something else. Its a good download though and playing with friends is fun.
