Thread: Jump Superstars

Has anyone played the Jump Superstars game for DS? It's this Japanese game that features all these characters from weekly shonen jump and you can fight with and stuff. It's sorta like ssbm but with it's own unique style. Only problem's that I can't read Japanese so I don't really know what to do besides beat the enemy up.

When I first played, I felt it was too simplistic, but upon spending more time with it, I really got into the deck building portion. After that I was hooked. Just finished unlocking everything the other day. Now if I can just convince some more friends to import it, i'll be set.

check out GAmeFaqs.com they have mission translation and everything (helped me a lot)

when im battling it out with my friends, i always neglect my help and support komas and stuff my page with battle komas (i always kick their asses with dream combos )

anyways, in those situations i use Goku, Bo-Bobo, Naruto and Luffy
(i kinda ripped it off from the trailer )

I, myself think I can pull off some pretty smooth combos with Luffy/Goku. My team consists of: Sasuke, Ichigo, Luffy, and Goku.

ah, you can use teams eh? if I had the money I would have imported it a long time ago, being constantly broke has so many disadvantages Ive wanted it since it was first announced but never gotten my hands on it, only seen game play videos

Heh, JSS is a great game indeed. My fighters of choice are usually Kazuki, Kenshin, Zoro,Tsuna/Reborn, Allen and Eve, though I like using pretty much anyone that isn't from a Dragon Ball series.
