this game was brilliant, i love the way you have to collect all the 108 stars of destiny and the story itself, it's such a simple and sweet playing game.
Number 2 wasn't as i expected, maybe cos i'm bias but i don't like the main character in any way, still the the mini sidequest keeps you on your toes.
Do anyone know where you can buy no. 3?

errrr... i thought that 3 was kinda disappointing... in terms of game play, they changed the battle system and well pretty much took out the fun of free roaming through the world map. still the fact that you get to see some old faces is good.
honestly i have to say,suikoden is a weak rpg.setting animation aside( which features wiry characters ),the main character of the sukioden series arent really well developed.while they are the ''hero'' of the game,not much is actually focused on the hero,but he is just another character in the game,unlike most rpgs where the main characters has his or her background or own story throughly developed.suikoden also has what many bad rpgs have,a badly developing storyline.ull notice u spend more time fighting in suikoden,then actually see a storyline progress,which thoughd does,is at an extremely slow rate,enough to torture you to think ''i bought the game,gota at least know the ending''battlesystem is also a no brainer,and brings nothing special other than its mini battles along the game.overall in my opinion,suikoden is a weak rpg
