fiddlesticks. i've always wanted to play, but the closest i ever got were two sessions of a white wolf game run by a gm who didn't have his story worked out too well. i mean, he had the characters waking up in the cellar with no memory, and a dead body - who was later on revealed to be another characters wife. not a nice way to break in a first time player, in my opinion :/ but i could be wrong.
mostly i stick to the online descriptive kind, due to a distinct lack of groups in my neck of the woods. sods law though, my man used to be fairly active with palladium - but retired a few years before he met me! ;_; darnit. i've bought a few source books though, just in case enough of his old friends decide to dust off their dice bags and get together
