Yes, except I wasn't looking for a large player base, rather, a selected one, otherwise I'd be at gamefaqs or something similar.

As I said earlier, and you seem to have ignored that: There's some fantastic mods in that list, why don't you try them out and see for yourself because as you said it yourself, you have your own taste.

Good christ, when did I say the list only had bad mods? I posted that FCOM was in and that I found it's place outrageous. I'm not saying it has nothing good, read my fucking posts.

I just don't see that list, or almost any list on the internet, as credible. Also, I bet it's full of pubescent mouthbreaters with cheetos stained fingers and naruto bandanas trying to remake their fanfiction characters.
And don't waste your time telling me to look at it anyway, I'm doing that since I opened it because right now I have a lot of time to waste.

Screw a computer generated list, just go on tesnexus and browes by category. I like the mods where extra locations are added (even better if they have quests). There is this secret underground aylid vilage mod that is just outside the game boundry in the far southwest (the requires another mod to get to, it also requires that you have shivering isles) that I thin is really good. I'll find the name for monday.
