Fall Out 3
The game has a good story but has a LOT of bugs... some of the npcs in my game has gone missing *some wondered of in glitched areas, some in unreachable spaces, some just disappeared... some died due to radiation because they got stuck there...* I searched for a way to fix these errors but it turns out the solutions are only available for the PC console and since I'm playing it in the PS3 I guess I'm done for xD.
The graphics isn't so impressive either, but I can give the gameplay a few praises. The VATS module works nicely and its very efficient. This might have really impressed me more if the bugs weren't there... *like the infinite slave collar that really hurts my weight limit and the missing NPCs*. So far I haven't found a fix for these bugs, just a way to ignore them... go on with the main story line and hope that none of the main NPCs disappeared...
The ending for fallout 3 sucks.
agree. especially if i compared it to fallout 2..

will still play though.. again...
Fallout 2 had a shit ending too. You know why? Forcing you to fight Frank Horrigan goes against the Fallout principles.
In Fallout 1, you can do what you want at both the Military Base and the Cathedral. You could choose to not face the Master.
A big bunch of bugs, some quests were impossible to complete. Thank god I saved often (not with quick save). It sucks that you can't shoot kids in the game. I tried shooting the sheriff's kid in megaton but he is immortal (WTF's with that! I want to blow up babies ). Only ended up wiping out the whole town with a chinese rifle (I killed the sheriff when I first saw him) and then blowing it up.

A bunch of people are working on a total conversion mod that should, with luck, turn fallout 3 into something more worth the time.
Fallout 3 is good fun, even if it's not exactly what the hardcore fans were hoping for.
It's a great game that even hardcore oldschool Fallout fans can enjoy if they ignore the title and call it "Another Bethesda RPG, but set in a post-apocalyptic world" instead of Fallout 3.
Yeah, but it would be nice to have a proper Fallout sequel though, but I suppose that's not going to happen. Wasn't there a Fallout MMO or something in development? Despite that, it's a great game in it's own merit and I do like this "Another Bethesda RPG, but set in a post-apocalyptic world."
