The first "boss" (which is a giant super mutant) you encounter is almost exactly like the Gate Keeper in Shivering Isles.

I like it, a lot. I suppose you could call it Oblivion with guns, except for the fact that they got rid of the levelled enemies, the fugly character models, the disgusting soup, completely changed the levelling system and replaced all Elder Scrolls content with Fallout content. Yep, Oblivion with guns...
