Even if its ugly still it would be cheaper to buy just mgs console and then go for a trip to japan to get their signs.
I mean actualy you could get something from it (visiting shrines meeting japanese beauties etc.) rather than simple ps3 which cost as much as car ...

oh geez, that resets every respect I had for my PS3 console, I MUST have this, too bad its price is also way beyond respectable... many otakus have that kind of money, those kind really take collecting seriously and they're no stranger in auctions. I know someone who has already collected a small house of models of many animes (haruhi suzumiya, bleach, da capo, mahou sensei negima) also some Magic Cards the Gathering Cards. That's actually the reason some call themselves "otakus", because they have the merchandise that would label them as such, for them others are just "big fans".
