All the babes in this game are badasses, specially the bosses. They are the toughest fights in the game as they all seem in the mood to rip out that otaku Travis' pillow fucking cock.

THEN THERE'S JEANNE, the fucking endboss herself ( provided you didn't play your cards right when looking up all the katana upgrades in the game that is )! But that spoiler aside, had they given a better 'easy' ending, everything about this game would've fallen into place with thanks to that crazy bitch!

EDIT: Oh! And it sounds like I'm picking Jeanne as my fave of that bunch, but no, she falls a close second to Holly. What's so badass about Holly then? Well for starters the conversation she has with Travis before they go at it is really cheesy and one of those moments No More Heroes went: "Man, fuck videogames!", then on the fight itself she's as tough as the game will throw at you with all the missiles she spams and lack of openings and stylishly running around on her peg leg. SHE ALSO DUG HOLES ALL OVER THE FUCKING FIELD and whenever you fall into them she'll throw a handful of grenades at Travis and do this lovely wicked showboating with the peg and the shovel. It's a very cool sight and one of the many awesome things about this game.
