For me the most badass female videogame character is Ayame from tenchu. She always has a taunting, mean adage or joke about the people she just killed, I like that on a woman.

Actually.. if she was a female space alien lumberjack pirate... she would be more badass..

I don't know about you guys but a the chick from DMC called Lady, who carries a bazzooka as her main weapon. Now, if thats not a badass chick then i don't know what is.
