Thread: Who is the most badass female video game character of all-time?

I'm surprised no one has voted for Lara Croft. Anyways, I vote for Chun-Li but does anyone remember this bad ass chick?

I'd have to go with Alyx Vance, not because she's hot, but because as the game progresses, the player actually becomes attached to her, on a personal level (please see Half-Life Episode 2). Plus, her boyfriend has a crowbar, which means that she...actually I don't know what that means, but it's still kick ass.

And for ol' times sake, Manon from Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. She's a French resistance fighter who helps you with your guns. What more can you ask for?

Lara is washed up and the only games that were good was 1 and legends, the rest were pretty much crap. She's just been plastered as one of the biggest/starters as the gaming sex symbol is all.

Aya Brea was smexy, but that's about it since she was always emo and confused. xD

Freya: This is easy, Ether Strike (also, the way she fights is absolutely badass)
Hrist: Dunno what makes her 'badass' by your definition. But she's a great character (VP1 she's totally evil, in VP2 she's surprisingly kind, and the way she rebels is great). Also, Gungnir.

Samus = Armored chick trained since young age traveling around the universe killing shit all by herself.

1+ Kerrigan. = Psychotic treacherous bitch with chances of annihilating 2 powerful races and take control of several planets with the billions of nasty, zealous and strong critters under her command.

If that isn't badass, then i have no idea what would be.

On a sidenote, Freya is cool, but not badass enough. Hrist, damn i don't have VP2 ;_;

I have to disagree with you mate,

yes, perhaps the game wasn't that good anymore ( simply put, it got boring! )

but Lara herself still own!
