Really, who is actually surprised that it was going to happen and that Kojima really wouldn't leave? I mean it's the guy's bread and butter series, and he can't seem to just walk away from it. Anyways to what we all already knew.

He always says in interviews that he’ll continue to "supervise" the development of the Metal Gear series, so I'm not surprised in the least that he’s already thinking about the next game.

My only problem with this news is that now we'll have to wait even longer for a Snatcher and Zone of the Enders sequel.

He said that he was planning to work on ZoE right after MGS4's release. Here's to hoping he keeps his word. lol

ugh i hate these games. I really do. I use to love them and played them all the time but it just gets boring and old. Now they are thinking about making another game?!

They should work on Lara Croft VI.

You know what's both funny and pathethic, even if that game won't be any better than other, it will still have million of buyers and milliard of pirates.

1. Konami and Kojima do not make Tomb Raider games.
2. They're already making a new Tomb Raider game.
3. There hasn't been a good Tomb Raider game since the first and the the recent remake of the first.
4. Why would this be anything new, fans eat up anything they like no matter what it is.
