You could just send it back to the manufacturer and they will fix it for you right?

Hmm, the ps3 is real nice, But the 360 got the best games by far.

yah that's true, but the ps3 and wii are getting new games (final fantasy 13, brawl, mario kart wii,god of war 3, GT5, GTA 4)
i don't really see any new games for the xbox 360...but it has good games right now. no arguments there

GTA 4 is for 360 too....

And since when was FF13 a good game? Lost Odyssey.

Ninja Gaiden II
Viva Pinata
Ninety-Nine Nights
Too Human
Saints Row
Infinite Undiscovery
Dead Rising 2 (I heard?)
Kengo:Legend of the 9

Those are just exclusives, a lot of the good games are on both consoles.
