Thread: What 'Old School' game deserves to be made over?

Lets face it. Playwise, some of the old games were 'the' game to play. Yet they're sadly missing on the new consoles. Mind you they would be made over to make use of better graphics and sound.

So lets have your nominations for 'Old School video game makeovers'

Now more than half of the games are pretty graphics but nothing extra. Heard Assassin's Creed is repetitive... (haven't played).

I want the original Doom to be remade. Same level design, same music, same gameplay, same atmosphere, just with updated graphics and better multiplayer. Then again, the graphics are a part of its charm...

How about The Incredible Machine? I reckon that would make an awesome Xbox Live Arcade game.

I would say Duke Nuke'em, That game was an awesome FPS.

I reckon this game is a good chance it will be remade, but on the DS, FF 3 & 4 have already been remade on the DS I bet FF 5 & 6 will follow and CT would possibly be after that but who knows.

Road Rash II from the Sega Megadrive, but they should keep the music from the original.
