Thread: Hellgate London (black screen problem)

The game was purchased, and I suppose you can say I have the minimum requirements to play the game on my PC (on WindowsXP) (although its pretty old if you consider it coming out when Vampire Masquerade: Bloodlines was released). Anyways, I've googled the same problem and a few people have it as well, but hopefully I can get some help here instead (since a majority focuses on Vista)...

So when "Single Player" is selected from the menu the screen pops up with a picture of a character from the game and loads into the black screen which, therein, is supposed to load the companies and stuff whenever you start off with any PC games, except I don't see any of this and I can only hear the sounds.

If anyone can figure a solution to the problem that'd be a great help.

I think it is probably because you have the minimal requirements or worse. Most likely its your graphics card is outdated.
