Thread: Sony's New Ad Campaign

Ok. So last week we all read about Sony pouring millions of dollars into a massive ad campaign and I just wanna know if anyone thinks this will make a bit of difference. Its nice strategic placement right at the beginning of the Christmas season, there are no real shortages of PS3s, and goddamnit the commercials are COOL. Not like those sucky ones they had before. Plus they're broadcast in HD which is nice. Only thing is I see these commercials every ten fucking seconds on prime time network television. WTF? They must be going damn near broke with this much advertising.

I had no Idea...But hey, I don't live in the states so....

I too never saw.. I see stupid wii comercials all day long.

But I don't doubt they opted for outdoor campains.

Had no idea.

Still, the console is expensive. I don't think it will make that much of a difference... but who knows?

Yeah I've seen them, and on almost every commercial break!....

At first it was sorta cool seeing them finally make a decent commercial but now it's really irritating like that lame Naruto Wii game commercial.

Its pretty good the first time, But dont really feel the urge to see it again :/ It would only then be for the music...

its good now that they are advertising now. Its so weird how little you think the advertisements have an effect on you, but in actuality it has a huge effect on us.
