Thats good. I kinda got depressed after playing bioshock lol.
If it's stuck at 60 fps, crank it up more. You're can eye sees images at about 32 fps (at it's sharpest of something).
Man I don't have the "high" I used to get playing games anymore (anyone understand). Now if I play a game I don't mind, but if I don't play, I don't mind too. I'm not enthusiastic about them as much as I used too. I don't know why.
Edit: you're telling me that will run good on a 6600gt? (I just saw the pic)

That is absolute bullshit. This has been a hot debate several years ago in the gaming community and has been totally proved to be false.

The reason why I want it to be kept at 60fps is because my monitor's refresh rate is 60fps. Anything higher will cause video tearing.
    Learn your facts, kid.
A games framerate is different than that of a movie. A movie has a steady framerate, that is a steady distribution of frames with equal time intervals. Also, a movie is not rendered in the same way as a game. In a motion picture each frame captures all the action going on between its frame and next frame, thus closing time. Therefore each frame is just an approximation of what the frame should look like, but this is good, it lets us watch movies at low framerate (24fps) with a perfect illusion of continious movement. Have you tried doing a pause on a dvd or a vhs and you will see what I mean you will see traces of several motions at hand.

A game framerate is just an average. Even in a 60fps game (60 being average) the framerate will fluctuate. However, a 60 fps game has an advantage in that the deviations usually all stay above 30-40 fps which still is able to give us the illusion of continious movement. A 30 fps game has 30 fps as an average, but has terrible fluctuations, usually below 20. This in itself is already below our reaction time so we are actually able to see the individual frames and an illusion of continous movement becomes less apparent. Since the frames are not rendered with respect to its previous or next like a motion picture, tracing, the crappiness becomes even more apparent.

So dont give me the 24-30 fps is enough crap. However, a rendered cinemation for a game can have lower framerate given that it has evenly distributed frames.

Anyway, idiots aside, the hoverboard is a really good addition to the game. It removes the downtime in large vehicle-based maps. When you are on the hoverboard, you can link yourself to any friendly vehicle and enjoy their faster speeds. The Scorpion is even better this time since you can get a speed boost.

I just recorded a 720p video (without sound, sadly, and my computer isn't fast enough to record at 1200p [yeah I tried and was at 11-12fps]).
I'm trying to encode it and hopefully it will be uploaded soon.
