Thread: Crisis Core

I haven't been checking much information on this game, but the little I've read seems quite good. The plot doesn't look that emo, and it seems quite good. Although I do not understand the gameplay (which seems like Wakka's Slots Overdrives), it doesn't look half bad. So, has anyone heard of this game, or have any interesting information to share?

I believe that this game was the reason why I bought a PSP back in 2005, when it was supposed to be released around September of that year. =\

I'm sick and tired of the gross delays in games releases nowadays. I bought a PSP THE DAY IT CAME OUT to play this and now my PSP is dying and the game is still not out. I got myself a 7800GTX when it was released because UT2007 was supposed to be out in January 2006, then I got a second one in December because UT2007 was so close. Then I got myself two 7900GTX because UT2007 seemed to be so demanding. By July 2006, I was pissed at Midway and Epic Games. Again, in November 2006, I got an 8800GTX and I thought: "This is it! This card comes at the right time because UT2007 is coming out in a couple of months! (because it was scheduled for winter 2006)". AND NOW WHAT THE FUCK NVIDIA G92 IS COMING OUT BEFORE UNREAL TOURNAMENT 3 AND HAS TWICE THE POWER OF THE 8800 ULTRA.)

Yeah, that SE for us; they did the same thing with Advent Children and Kingdom Hearts II (and none of them were worth the wait). Crisis Core is supposedly going to be released in September of this year, but for all I know that's in Japan, and they haven't given a date for the English version.

Wakka's slots system sucked.
Or it's just that I was terrible at it. When I played FFX, Wakka was so bad that I decided to move him to Auron's grid.

Wakka owned in FFX, he had the best limit break or could do the most damage with his attack reels. I believe if u got 3 "2 hits" reel, he did 15 hits! In my game Wakka was the best player...hahaha.

It certainly looks interesting, but currently I was more intrigued by the Final Fantasy Dissidia game, which all I know is that multiple final fantasy characters are in it.

i liked Zack though, so i can't wait for this game. it looks good and so far looks like the best graphics for psp so far. the japanese version of crisis core is coming out a few days from now. with it you can buy the limited edition ff slim and lite psp. only thing that im gonna hate about this game is you already know the ending.

then dont look up and watch the ending.....duh?

I really hope Square Enix would put in the option where you can listen with the original seiyu's.
