Thread: What the hell, Wii? Where are you?

You can aways make a trip Brazil, you could get one easily not only that they would come unblocked too, only problem they are a little overpriced -.- running around 600-700bucks

They are in stock at Costco now. I saw some guy walk out w/ two of them.

I though all retailers had a one per customer policy.

Dunno. Thats what I thought. They had quit a few Wiis there though.

My dad bought the Wii from some guy on the subway. I am not kidding you. He saw a guy's post about wanting to sell it, and my dad was the closest one to him who emailed. He had to buy a stand and 4 games that went with it because thats what the guy bought, but wanted something else. Kinda complicated, but I was definatly surprised to get it for Christmas. I was like, are you for real 0_0

Super Paper Mario was very fun btw. a bit different than the older versions though.

I don't know about the Wii, it seems like its gonna be just like the gamecube. I'm expecting to be disappointed.

And yeah, the Wii doesn't have ten good games, in all likelihood - YET. And for me, if I have three or four games that I really love and play a lot, that's good enough for me. I have three games for the DS, two of which I love and adore (the third is Brain Age), and I feel like I've paid for it already. Also, there are probably lots of 360s around because it's an older console, and most of the people who want one already have one. It probably has nothing to do with any stupid rumour.

I know most of you love the Wii, so is pointless to try to arge about it, but hell I am not buying one.

and is not just Halo 3, of all the 3 consoles (Wii, PS3, 360) in my eyes the 360 haves more good games than the rest or at least more above average without count the ones that are still comming... I already played some games on a Wii and out of Wii sports I don't see anything else that is (SUPER) great or anything >_>

also the 360 does overheats with certain games thats not a stupid rumor, but the problem was fixed on late may... I can look for the articles and the test that (someone don't remenber with company) ran on the 360 if you don't belive me.

and Finaly Halo 3 counts for 5 good games in my eyes since it will probably have a HIGH reply value thanks to the 4 players co-op, the multiplayer and hopefully lots of still not fully confirmed add-ons such as the Map editors and so on, and I can easily shot 5 more 360 games that are more than OK.

All of you can say anything you want about the Wii, I will still belive is a piece of Thrash, also I can say anything I want and none of you will change your mind, so is just a waste of time to arge about it. So yea buy a Wii and enjoy it, is not like the opinion of the people online counts for anything, in the end is your call if you decide to buy a Wii or not.

Remenber nothing you do, say, or think, will make me change my mind about the Wii, so don't bother.

PS: Until I enjoy something else besides Wii Sports, the Wii is a one game console for ME

By the way I played Paper Mario on the Wii and I didn't like it, same with 9 other games (Zelda TLP included), If you know about more good games, I would gladly tell my friend to buy them so I can play with him from time to time and see If the games can make me change my mind... but remenber in the end everyone haves diferent tastes.

one more PS: Until the Xbox, I was a man of RPG's, Racing games, Adventure games, Strategy games, 3 person games like Metal Gear almost anything, but not FPS, then I played Halo and most of my money goes to games Like Fable, Forza, and Halo... I already dropped all trace of RPG geekness of my body... but I do spend some time playing some Good and Old games in my moded xbox going from Nintento (games like Zanac), Snes (FF6, Chrono Tigger, etc), PS1 (FF7, FFT, etc) and so on.

There's no point to your thread, you got flamed because you said some stupid hater crap, not because you like the 360, Halo and what else.

I'm pretty sure quite a lot of people here like the 360 games as much as you, but they don't come up with the stuff you posted before.

If i could, i'd have all 3 consoles, but then that's too much money.

huh I also said the main problem of the 360 (and only problem in my eyes) is that the 360 overheats like shit with certain games, and actualy breaks some parts after reach 90 C >_>

The PS3 is running smootly, first time a PS runs without problems, probably the best build console of the 3 next gen, however doesn't have many games and that price doesn't help at all.

in what I base my point of view? well I am a menber of other forum, and the followers of each console waste their time flaming and probing their flaming as facts.
