I was just wondering what the hell is Ken saying when he wins?

He says something like "Ya-ta-tay" when he wins.

Well I don't expect anyone to know unless you speak japanese.

Yattazai (Ya-ta-zae) to my knowledge. Just how you say Yatta, which is "Hooray", it's done!", "I did it!", "ready!" or "all right!". I could easily be wrong.

They're milking this series too much now, with this stupid HD drawn by UDON shit.
