Sony decapitates a dead goat for God of war 2 PR party
-
Meh. Sony no longer surprises me no matter what they do.
Gross? Sure. But you have to admit that's one hell of a marketing stunt.
Uryuu freaky, pale and geeky,
how do your powers grow?
"With gloves and scars and silver stars
and swords that I shoot from a bow,
yes, swords that I shoot from a bow."

Yeah, a freaky one at that...
I don't know which devil got hold of them...

That quote has become so cliché. Then again, with good reasons.

.........
such a dumb way to get a game noticed.
but i'm not suprised "Sony" always finds a way to do something retarded or pointless to get a game noticed for selling.

Calling all animal rights activists.
Sony has proven itself to be a blithering idiot that steps on its own toes many times. Remember the Lik-Sang incident? Yeah, the one where their European Executives all bought PSPs from for "legal" purposes before they sued them.

I dunno, I kind of liked the idea....
...as long as they ate the goat later. If they just threw the carcass away, that would be wrong. I mean, who here has not killed an animal before?
-
I find it hypocritical, I mean most people eat meat on a daily basis, yet a half slaughtered goat in a magazine is a big no no ? So it's okay that animals get slaughtered and you get to eat meat but as soon as It is used for a promotion campaign all hell breaks lose.
