Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars
Hey, it came out yesterday.
Has anyone got it yet?
I'm going to get it soon and I was just wondering if anybody had any first impressions about it?
Apparently its supposed to be "better" than Supreme Commander in terms of some reviews.
Its gotten a 9 on some review websites.
Lacks the epic grandeur of Supreme Commander.
Yeah, that's probably true, but the game is always fun and it seems to like its paced faster than supreme commander.
well, i played the demo and it is really good at least to my tastes
and by the way, what's supreme commander O_o?
Supreme commander is not an original RTS. It's more like Total War style of RTS which you mass hundreds of units and use "rush" style tactics to overwhelm the enemy.
No it's not.

SupCom is all about intelligence. Knowing exactly what your enemy is doing and how to counter everything.
Say Jyuu can you tell me what the prerequisites for Supreme Commander are?

Anyway, C&C 3 is awesome so far. But it's more of me being a fanboy of the Tiberium Saga. Go Kane, you bald bastard you.
Didn't bother with Generals though, so I don't know how it compares, but eh.
Lol rather not. Don`t want pitty from Jyuu for my comp. XD

Anyways, I got C&C3 and beat it. I must say that the AI is certainly smarter than it used to be. I love and hate the AI at the same time. Its pretty damn annoying at times, but its somewhat satisfying to see that the AI is trying to put up a fight.
My favorite faction are the Scrin. Massive amounts of air units, I like.
