Thread: Gaming taught me...

-that exploding someone's head off is much more entertaining than stabbing them
-chickens are stronger than they appear
-money and random items pop out when going through the trash can^.~(tehe, now u know why, death incarnate)

what has gaming taught you?

gaming has taught me a lot.

when i was younger and played games it taught me new words and how to spell them. It taught me morals and values (believe it or not), etc. I'll write more when i get back. nice thread subject btw.

Gaming has taught me that killing someone is an acceptable solution to many many problems.

*Men always use swords and women always use magic (or they can be thieves). It doesn't work the other way around.
*It's surprisingly easy to take over the world.
*Acceptable methods of torture: Force someone to swim until they grow tired and drown, because people don't leave the pool unless you tell them. Remove the ladder and they can't get out.
*Dangerous creatures lurk in grass and forests between towns. Have Pokemon or you will die.
*Even if you kill an enemy, he will find a way to return more powerful than ever.
*Pinball is addictive.
*It costs as much to buy a piece of furniture as it does to sell a medium-rare fish (in terms of availability, not cooking!).
*Even though he may look untrustworthy, raccoon store owners are really honest characters.
*Foxes, however, are not. They and their insurance-selling weasels will stalk you until you give in to their scam.

Killing stuff weaker than you allows you to become stronger.

Evil people don't like to move or start their plans until you get there.

god i hate to refer to this game but - Cid and Tifa break that mold... also Miranda and Alonso from Grandia 3 as well XD

..It's a general rule, not an absolute one. =P More of a video game stereotype than an anime one.
