Would have voted for both Resistance and Guitar Hero 2, but I can't so I chose Resistance. Only played multiplayer online, but omg, it's freakin' awesome!!!

I vote Twilight Princess. (I got the GC version, but still loved it. Heck, the game was intended for GC before it was decided that two versions would be released)
Ever since I came in contact with a Nintendo system, be it handheld or console, all I've ever played on the blasted things is Zelda. To date I have all the games, and TP is one of the best I've seen. The game itself was disappointingly easy, but what impressed me more were the details like: graphics, music (rumor has it that John Williams, who composed music for Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and Harry Potter 1-3, assisted the game's music composer Koji Kondo in writing the game's score), story, and DOY, the fact that Link could turn into an animal for the first time. (He turns into a rabbit in A Link to the Past, but I don't think it counts, since he didn't do much as a a pink bunny.) I was also impressed by the improved animation, and the lip-synching when the characters spoke. No voice-overs yet, but it might happen. =)
Maybe it's my Zelda-high acting up, but I think it was an overall satisfying game. Can't wait for Phantom Hourglass and the next games to come!!
Tohugh what shocked me was Zant's pussyness when you beat him.... Ninny...
Now to find a way to snag a Wii.... *prowls to a GameStop*
