Now all microsoft needs is mgs4 and sony is pretty much done for.
Unless ofcourse ff13 becomes a big hit and a massive console seller.
Bah, Square Enix is slowly abandoning Sony.
Dragon Quest IX is going towards the DS, remember? And DQ is much more popular in Japan than Final Fantasy.
Final Fantasy XIII could end up on the 360 since we already have FF XI on the 360. It's highly unlikely, but still possible.
As for MGS4, I wouldn't be surprised to see it on the 360.
MGS4 X360 version wouldn't be surprising.
As for FFXIII, there'll probably be a spinoff of it on the X360 as well (Fabula Nova Crystallis thing).
PS3's losing some fine exclusives. :\
OH NOES FUCK!! damn and i just guessed that in the other thread... didnt even read this one. T_T
I like to die with the songs I love stuck in my head. I hope to make the most of these hollow bones we become.
I raise a toast to the the souls that sang all along. I've been gathering friends to just to make some sounds,
before the ship goes down, I've been making amends by making the rounds before the whole world ends

Yeah, DQ is a major IP for Square, but mainly only in Japan, FF is still more popular around the world (even though DQ games are usually better). Still, bringing out FFT on the PSP - one of their most successful titles (and heralded as the best SRPG along with Disgaea) is a huuuuuge boost for Sony's PSP sells, I also wouldn't say SE are branching off with FFvsXIII and FFXIII coming out on the PS3 first (whether they port is still to be seen).
I reckon Enix is more likely to want to branch off to other systems.
FFT PSP is just a port (albeit, with real pretty cutscenes and a few new jobs).
Besides, they more or less counter it with FFTA2 for the DS (alright, FFTA was nowhere near the brilliance of FFT).
I'm more interested in whether or not they'll have a look at the old Vagrant Story. It'd kind of fit in with their Ivalice Alliance scheme. Remake? Sequel? Whatever be of it, I'm sure Matsuno will be pissed they butcher it. :P
PS: Come on Matsuno, super-SRPG for the Wii plz. <_<
