if youre looking for something to change the languages youre an idiot... if youre looking just to play Japan region encoded games then theres tons of sites for modding console systems.

duh!!! most games are only put in ONE langauge and thats the language for the country its released in... the amount of work it takes to translate and regionize a game is astounding... if you want to play japan only games youre gonna have to play it in Japanese ONLY...
