Thread: Oblivion help.

So I managed to get myself kicked out of the fighters guild, I can't remember why, however I do know I got kicked out of the mages guild for attacking and killing a flying imp pet that I thought was a monster.
Anyway, I need to get 20 bear pelts before they let me back in, the problem is I have never seen a bear in oblivion, so does anyone know where I can find them? Does the difficulty setting affect how often you see them?

Pretty sure it does, although maybe OOO fixes that...

What, there's nowhere in the world that sells bear pelts? Every shop has a whole bunch of useless junk, and even if you can't find one, the shops you've previously sold them to should still have them, right?

Bears become very common only when you are at a very specific level. They drop pelts almost every time.

I know Gunder in Skingrad has five.
Look for the TRADE GOOD VENDORS and they should have your highly coveted pelts for sale.

Goblins actually drop them at an early level

then again, thats just for me
