I think is because of the version of the game that got leack out on the net few months ago.

oh well so far the game battle system is kinda stupid, still I haven't play too long to really get into the game.

Guys i hate to break this to you but i have seen about 50 copies for sale at my local best buy. This was probably the worst launch for a FF. game in years.

my friend is borrowing my ps2 so i'll be playing it after he's done with it. I'm more interested about ff13 than this one.

true, people don't wana waste money with the ps3 coming out plus they had to be so stupid to start making a new ff that looks more badass.

anyways I won't be buying the ps3 ot ffxIII until the price goes down to less than 300$

buahahahaha just bought my copy, im pissed it was 50 tho, i thought PS2 games were relegated down to 40 bucks... shit... at least tax was cut a bit.

There 10 copies at the Circuit City I got it from. In fact, I got the last one.

I got the Jap one and downloaded the leaked one when it leaked. Not as good as FFIX and the ones before, but better than FFX and FFX-2 IMO.
I`d take Tales of the Abyss over FFXII any day .The story of the ToA is probably comparable with Xenogears and FF Tactics, if not better. The gameplay is also great and the music is simply one of the best I`ve seen recently. Much better than FFXII`s mediocre music.
