And I apparently have a fetish for shit on sticks because the god damn the game is as fun as Gothic 1 and 2. Well, save for the shitty changes and not fixing old problems. But if it's not a bug ridden hard to play game, it's not Gothic.

I don't think there are any. Orcs probably eat those or something. Or perhaps they are well hidden.

Yes, there are plenty mods at www.worldofgothic.com --> best gothic side. I have played a mod for gothic 1. It was really funny, especially the amateur voice acting XD. But I dunno which programm you need to make your own mod.

I have played gothic 1, then 2. I kinda liked gothic 1 better than 2, because of the story. I didn´t find 2 very thrilling. But the gothic 2 graphics was much better. I have heard that gothic 3 would use a completely new engine, so is it still the gothic feeling, or is it a completely new game? I also worry about the control. I played 1 and 2 only with the keys XD. So hows the gothic 3 control? I have heard you could play it completely with the mouse? If it was like the Guild wars control it would suck extremely. I wouldn´t even buy it.

Unfortunately, he's stuck with that no matter how much you level up. Also, now you have to pay per skill you want to train. So you spend 5 LP and 250 gold for a +5 in one department.

At least our hero no longer has his ponytail. Only now, he looks like some German porn star.

So yeah, combat is crap. Also, remember back in previous games that when you saw an Orc it'd be better to run or at least make the fight one on one? No problem here. You can kick Orc ass. Just watch out for the new evil faction though. The league of wild beasts. From boars to minecrawlers, you will get your ass handed to you. As a great man once said, I'd rather fight a hundred orcs with just a wooden stick than to be armed to the teeth against 2 boars. They will rape you.

They should nerf the boars.
