Thread: T_T need help

Okay in CS:S and other steam games...My ping is outrageous. Usually its at around 30-90 depended on the server but now its up to 500 and i can't play at all. I have comcast so it shouldn't be doing this. It started after we disconnect our network to install a window that we had ordered. Then my dad reconnected the network and now its slow beyond anything. Anyway to fix this besides calling comcast?
