Thread: Final Fantasy XII USA version leaked, in case you still didn't know

Started playing it today, I disliked some of the voices, but Vaan's voice is quite good, and by that I mean it's not gay. So far I haven't seen anything different from the japanese version, but I haven't looked carefully.
P.S.:The voices of Vaine, Basch and Fran are much worst than the originals. Balflear's voice is apropriate to the character but isn't as good the Japanese one, mainly because Balflear's voice actor in the japanese version is amazingly good.

did you emu it on the comp or burned it on to a mod ps?

Burned to play in the ps2.
I don't think my computer can run a ps2 emulator.

This is interesting ... I'd like to hear more about the bad and good points for XII since I'll be buying it when its release.

just not at practical speeds

I played FFX on the comp at about 10~20%

I couldnt get past the start up screen haha

Man a 50 hour game being played at 10%

yeah i agree that the original jap version is better than the eng dubs.

anyway. most ps2 emu now has speed of 80%.

Can you please tell us what emulator you use for ps2?

Just wait for the bloody game to arrive, guys. Jeez.

That's to be expected. Man, America's voice actors get worse every year. Has anyone ever noticed that? Man, I really think these companies should put more time and effort into the voices, since those are the only features that they actually edit.
