i just bought a (sexy)psp from Japan and i also bought a wifimax from Canada. Every thing work out fine, but i just can't make the internet browser working. i try every usage from the internet, but it's just won't work. it is because i don't have a wireless router?? can some expert help me out? thax
DUH!!!! the psp is WIRELESS so without a WIRELESS internet connection its NOT gonna work... i mean come ON ... thats so obvious you should kick yourself in the head and save me the trouble.

you can use Wifimax as long as you have a computer with working internet connection preferably DSL, Cable or higher.
or you can use a wireless router, but not both.
if you are in a hot spot zone you can also connect to internet with your psp, because psp has a built in wireless transceiver, just like a wireless pda, or laptop, etc.
The Wifimax's function is similar to a wireless router, to transfer data wirelessly.
how much did you buy the wifimax?
because I know wireless router is pretty cheap (around $25) and it has more function than wifimax, so yeah basically wifimax is just another psp's useless product.
