Thread: Deus Ex: Invisible War help?

I just bought Deus Ex: Invisible War however there seems to be a glitch in it. The manual says that pressing Tab in the inventory allows me to drop items and the manual seems right about everything else. However it doesn't work and the hotkey menu doesn't seem to have a drop item option. Can anyone advice me on what to do? I've checked a description of a patch but it doesn't cover this can I get any help please?

EDIT: I tried downloading this vr. 1.2 patch but it won't even load it.

Ah yes i had the exact same problem. All i can say ot you is that it sucks to be you and that to fix it you HAVE to download the next patch. The patch also fixes a few other problems with controls. Until then you got no choice to load a previous save game file so as i said sucks to be you like it sucked to be me before.

Oh and if you are a fan of the original great deus ex game don't play this one. This game completely and utterly sucks balls and i could only tolerate it for so long. There's a reason why the huge hype at its release has died down and noone talks about it and theres not many patches for this and no cd cracks. Dues ex: Invisible war to the original dues ex is like ffx-2 to the original ffx.

I hope you didn't pay much for this.

i got it early last yr or late 2004 for $10-12 so im guessing its around 4 bucks now
