Why are you looking forward to the Revolution. With the Gamecube all Nintendos managed to do is show that they can't evolve in the new console world of online. Also they've shown that the can't keep up the third and second party support to make the consoles library worthwhile in the long run.
How can you say that?
No one knows what the Revolution is/isn't capable of. No one knows it's specifications. Until the consoles come out, shut up and wait and stop pretending you know everything.
I'm in any way not a Nintendo fan, but you really can't say something sucks before you've seen it in action.
People say that the Game Cube sucks. Take a look at Resident Evil 4, which is described by most, if not all reviewers as a game which even a non-gamer will want to play.
Moreover, who would have thought that hitting on a bongo would have been so fun? Have you seen the videos of the new Zelda game?
Nintendo are different, that's all.
You will notice that I never said that the Revolution will suck. I just said that the Gamecube has showed us that Nintendo is no longer up to snuff. Also if you hadn't heard Resident Evil 4 is no longer Gamecube exclusive which is exactly what I am talking about.
I'd have to agree with Valleyman. Anyway I vote for PS3, I've seen the E3 capabilities, I've never been a fan of console, except for playing the final fantasy games on PS and owning the original Nintendo... still works I think, but after seeing the E3 video I've been taken away by it's specs...If XBox and the new Game Cube don't have the new BlueRay technology, I don't see how they can keep up. BlueRay all the way! Anyway just IMO.
