Sony's E3 Conference/PS3 Price Talkback

Well, it's over. Thoughts?

Personally, I loved it. I'm not certain I'll buy a PS3. $500 is a great price; Blu-Ray players are $1000 alone, and this way I get a great game system as well. Love the controller, even if it is a bit like the Wii's. The games look great, especially MGS4.

Sony's got this generation in the bag.

There are two available systems, the 20GB and the 60GB. The price is uh...Well, much more than the other next-gen systems. However, what can you expect? The PS3 is packing some serious hardware. I might have to wait for a price drop though...Ack.

But make no mistake the ps3 will be mine!!

The 20GB won't have wifi/HDMI.

Hmmm....I am gonna say the PS3 may be cool and all, BUT I think
$500 & $600 are way too much for a console...you might be able to play
the Blue-Rays BUT it won't matter much for a while.

The only thing that disappoints me about the cost of the PS3 is that it's adding on to a list of things I wanna buy with the money I should be making over the summer.

i have $1000 saved up.....but after summer courses ill have around $10 if im lucky ahhh school
