1.It could be..the "BEST" console ever sold...reaching big amounts of coustomers etc...
    or
2.It could fail..and be the end of Nintendo...for ever

Not necessarily. The DS is doing quite well. Im sure when teh Ds was introduced and lets say nintendogs, people thought that would fail but infact a success.
But I dont see the Wii winning the race and i dont see it falling like the gamecube. The only console i see thats gonna run into problems may be the xbox360 (This is not fanboyism either)

2-The joystick doesnt annoy me much and in fact like it. Cant wait to try it out

We'll see the whole picture at E3 in just a few weeks.

apparently there is a rumor going around that Wii is actually a decoy name nintendo is using to generate buzz before they reveal the real name at E3.

    "Grapes and grapes!"

It'd be very un-Nintendo to fake a name though. Still, there's some sloppyness regarding trademarks and website domain registrations that could support the theory. Also a tad odd it wasn't announced by a big Nintendo exec. I guess we'll have to wait until E3 to be completly sure of it.

    >_> well the controller opens a lot of possibabilities for the game i mean yea it may be limited in the imganative department in the beginning but the games will get better later hopefully...<_< and when you think about it the controller will let people with one arm play...yea kinda funny but how would you feel if you lost a hand/arm and found out you couldnt play a video game ever....

I think that the Joystick and the name are pretty cool...but the people (apart from the Nintendo fans) are not used to use that kind of controller...
for example....i get used to play with the boomerang joystick...with my two hands togheter...but the "wii" controller look very different and attractive...someday I'll try it...but until then we have to see if the Nintendo company will be in the market for another 10 years more...

    i hope yes!!! ^^
