Master of Orion 1-2
Master of Magic (better than its clone Age of Wonders or Heroes of Might and Magic)
Doom 1-2
Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen
Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together
Front Mission 3
Tenchu 1+3
Soul Edge/Soul Blade
Final Fantasy 4+6+7+10 [sic.]
Chrono Cross
Valkyrie Profile (Original PS1 version)
Most NIS games, especially Disgaea(all) and Soul Nomad
Gothic (1-2, don´t know 3 yet)
Drakensang
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
Odin Sphere (have to try Princess Crown some time)
Metal Gear (most)
Legacy of Kain (all, though I dislike Soul Reaver 1)

Well FFT isn´t my fav of the genre not even from Square, but as "not to original Tactics Ogre clone" I liked the first FFT better

i think FFT is the best game ever because it's influence still occur until now, even console game generation already change
