OK, i don't think i can post a release on manga-updates I've tried 5 times already i even tried to create a manga scanlation team but that still didn't work,

does anyone else know a way to advertise the release then?

I actually went and asked an op on their IRC channel. They're just being extra careful with licensed series. I think you have to be a registered scanlation group, with website and all, for them to even acknowledge your entry.
